"I gave this Taco Bell another chance and it’ll be my last. Both times I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru before even getting to the speaker, with only 2 cars in front of me, then another 10 minutes after ordering. The drive thru felt so claustrophobic just thinking if there were an emergency or something, there is nowhere to go/no way to get out if someone is in front of you and behind you, unlike most drive thrus. I am surprised they are allowed to build it that way."
"Waited in drive thru for 80 MINUTES, 8:15-9:25 pm. The way this drive thru is designed, once you're in there's no getting out unless the entire line backs out, which didn't happen. The staff didn't apologize for the wait nor give a reason. Will never visit this location ever again. Absolutely ridiculous."
