"Please do not visit this location (or perhaps any Carrabba's). After receiving my bill the server returned and charged my credit card for items they "forgot" - with a new total amount. Needless to say, this is disingenuous to a customer at best. I'm not trying to imply that I didn't consume the items, but I have never been charged for items without reviewing the entire bill. I have called management to let them know of the situation, but will not be accepting any "comps" I will simply spread the word of this terrible practice. The sad thing is, my family had an otherwise good time and the server was fantastic (until this bill issue). For what it's worth, it was a second glass of wine on top of the other 3 we had, but it's the principle of the matter."
"Love the Italian food here! I always get the Chicken Trio with the Alfredo as my side. The Chicken Trio is delicious with all three different styles having their own mouth watering toppings and sauces. The chicken breasts are smaller but you do get three of them so it’s still a large dinner. I always have leftovers to take home. Alfredo noodles are fresh and the sauce is so yummy. The Caesar salad is also really good. They also have two of my favorite desserts there. The Chocolate Dream is to die for!!! And plenty big enough to share. My other favorite is the Cannolis. They give you two large cannolis, so also big enough to share. And last, but not least, I can’t forget about the warm fresh baked bread! The olive oil and seasoning mixture is the best I’ve had from an Italian restaurant!! My go to place for any special night out."
"Sierra was amazing, very nice from the beginning of the evening to the end. Food was okay not great. Atmosphere seemed very clean and relaxed but nothing too special. Overall good experience because of the service we received. Would recommend"
"Stopped by their Happy Hour yesterday for the first time. Food was great! We had the meatball sliders, Shrimp Focaccia bites and the meat & cheese board. Food was fresh, hot and delicious! I enjoyed the Italian Old-fashioned enough to get a 2nd. Wife enjoyed the Passion Pear Spritz, but had the Pomegranate Martini second and liked it more. Bartender was awesome and the service was excellent!! We will be back!!!"
"It is a nice place. The price is decent. My chicken was pretty good. Food presentation could be better. By adding a little flower, its environment can be more inviting. We didn’t drink because had to go back to work."
