"I honestly don't understand the favorable feedback claiming that the meal is fresh and delicious. I don't care, if I'm hungry, I'll eat there, but the food is, at best, poor. The burger is never served fresh or warm; it is always served cold. This is the place to go if you want "chilly" burgers. The service is adequate; however, there was recently no ice in the pop machine, the ketchup dispenser was broken, the table was unsteady, and the area where the kids played ( playset ) was filthy with hairs and dirt. It appears that it requires a facelift as well as increased hygiene and care."
"Let's just say the he she that took my order and is apparently the manager of the store is very very angry at life in general and the customers. No words spoken by it no have a good day no thank you. Then proceeds to play a game of peek-a-boo from the back of the kitchen with me.. I'm trying to watch them make my food but the other employees block my view by standing with their back towards me then giggling they hand over my bag of food.. I have no idea what they did to the food but I did not eat it.. I'm a well-spoken courteous man with a Southern drawl I guess that doesn't go well in Fenton Michigan. I consider myself polite and courteous. And I conduct myself as such. Is it so difficult to just be kind evidently that's asking too much from the manager of the Halo Burger in Fenton Michigan. I'm headed back to the South where it's not against the law to smile . Good riddance"
"I love Halo Burger. They really know how to make a good, simple burger. Their meat is nicely seasoned and has a pleasing texture. The toppings are crisp and fresh. Pricing is good too. I think this is as good as Culver's, possibly better on a good day. Very clean inside, and most of the staff are very friendly."
