"So yesterday I order, pull up to first window. No one comes so I go to second window. Then old guy in veterans hat is annoyed I pulled up. Said I was supposed to go to first window. Then another worker paid for my food so great night. But then they forgot my 2 fries. Which is fine I called and they’re giving me a credit. But today I don’t pull up to second window, I go to the first, not only do I get honked at but then made to feel stupid that they never use that first window. So please tell me which one is it?? Don’t like being mean but I snapped at the girl because I was getting honked at for doing what I was told YESTERDAY!!!! Maybe put some signs up indicating what would make you guys happy cause sounds like you can’t win no matter what you do."

"I don't go to drive-thrus as often as I used to, but I get hungry for a Whopper occasionally. The Burger King in Fenton is my favorite one. They ALWAYS get my order right, and the food is perfect. (Not thrown together)"

"Service was quick because no one was in the drive thru line. Apparently for a reason. Mozzarella sticks were overcooked and dry, chicken fingers were overcooked and dry as well, onion rings were soggy. Only saving grace was the burger was good."

"Would give zero stars if possible. Pulled up and dining room was closed sign on the door said "we hope drive thru is open" ordered a double whopper with cheese and only catsup super simple right?!? Nope got a double whopper no cheese and extra everything, couldn't come inside to get it fixed, had to get back in the drive thru line and wait another 20 minutes to get what I originally ordered, girl working the window blamed it on the guy in back saying "he's not the best cook" poor service and poor quality control."

"Went for breakfast today the biscuits were hard, (normally they are soft but not today) they forgot to put our small tater tots we ordered so we didn't get those and to top it off they told us they would charge us for Ranch dressing the next time we want one with breakfast like what am I paying almost 15.00 for and you are not gonna give us one free condiment? I won't be coming back to this BK you lost a customer today."
