Welcome to Kumo Hibachi & Sushi, located at 6396 South Westnedge Avenue in Portage, Michigan, United States. Since November 2007, we have been providing excellent food, service, and dining experience for our guests. At our restaurant, you can enjoy watching our sushi chefs intricately prepare sushi at the Sushi Bar, where you can also pick up your favorite rolls.

"Received cold raw chicken got our soups and salads after our food and then when they were waiting to adjust our ticket the answered the phone to take reservations and called the nice couple that was sitting with us black. This place has really gone down hill we were loyal customers for seven years. That being said we will not be returning. Zero stars from us"
"After checking out many other Sushi places in town, Kumo has been the best so far. Great food, good service, decent prices. Really my only complaint is the music. It would be nice to have a calm relaxing atmosphere and the music played here is just really annoying. Small complaint though. Everything else is fantastic"
"My bestie and I were craving sushi and scheduled a date to check Kumo out. I got White Christmas and Sweet Potato. I have never had sushi this fresh and delish! And I’ve had a lot of sushi from all over. Saturday is buy one roll get one for $2! We will be back!"
"My wife and I grabbed dinner here recently. Had read good reviews and we were in the area and decided to try it since we both love sushi. It did not disappoint. The waiter was very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We got a variety of rolls. The K-Zoo roll, Crunchy roll, and Angel roll were our favorites - but they were all great. While looking at the menu we noticed that Sunday appears to have the best sushi roll deals and pricing. That said, we felt that the quality was high and price was fair even without the special. We will definitely be back."
