"Worst Wendy's I've been to. My girlfriend was treated to staff swearing, yelling and threatening each other while working and was given cold food with stale buns to take home. I've only been to this location a couple of times previously, and it was ways lackluster, but tonight will be our last visit. I'm not sure what's going on with this particular one, but corporate needs to go down there and start dealing with it. Don't try calling, they don't answer the phone."
"Extremely bust on lunch not enough staff dine in the would take one order at a time complete that order then do same thi g I wait 20 mins to place my order they were out of coke and or anything else I liked . Ridiculous customers keep this place in business. The cashier was rude and Ridiculous how long we had to wait"
"Staff is very inattentive if you go into dine in side. You have to say something to even be acknowledged. Make sure to check you food. Ordered biscuits and gravy close to lunch switch over. They at first said not enough gravy. Then changed to there is enough gravy. The gravy was only enough to make the biscuit a bit wet. Did get money refunded."
"Customer service was so bad. I ordered 4 meals and after each order I was rudely asked if that was it. Then I was asked to look at the screen to make sure everything was there. The screen showed 3 meals so I asked if the Dave’s double was on there since the screen didn’t show it. She proceeded rudely with saying that was the first order you ordered. Okay so I pulled up to explain that I couldn’t see that on the screen so I just wanted to make sure. She was so rude and telling me everything is there that I ordered. I almost wanted to tell her never mind and I’ll go elsewhere for better customer service but I had hungry family waiting for me at home. I must be honest and say I will never go there again because I felt so uncomfortable. Plus the food was sadly prepared. Obviously by people who didn’t want to be there in the first place."
