There’s more chicken than pasta… normally food from here is awesome but this was really disappointing & not worth what I paid for it. "I'm assuming this location is short staffed currently. I came in last night to order an appetizer, wings and a beer. We sat at the bar and we're greeted within 2-3 minutes so that was good. She got our beer order, checked out ID's and had them back to us within 3-4 minutes. Again, no problem. We waited about 10-12 minutes before she came back to get our food order. I ordered 10 boneless wings WITH celery and blue cheese. What I got was 10 traditional wings, no blue cheese and no celery. She got the blue cheese no issue, but no celery was ever brought out. I'm a decent person so I didn't throw a fit or send my food back, I just ate it. The wings tasted great but they're hardly saucing the wings at all now. This place has gone downhill a smidge. I'm hoping maybe they can get staff up and work on their food quality a bit. The bartender/waitress was very sweet and kind. That definitely goes a long way. All in all it was a good place to have some quality time with family."

"I will struggle to go back. Haven't been there since June due to the same situation as today. Waited at least 5 minutes to be seated. 3 groups stood there at the same time. A CUSTOMER who was leaving walked back towards bar let them know people were waiting and told those standing there. When hostess finally came she was not welcoming at all. Chloe our server deserves credit for making our visit tolerable after the wait. I have walked out of this location before because of wait to be seated. If the hostess has responsibilities in the kitchen for pickup orders put a sensor on the door with a bell in back Or just switch to seat yourself. I wish Niles was closer because I never had this issue there in 10 years I lived in Niles."

"Food slightly above average, quantity sufficient. A wonderful atmosphere with plenty of TV's. It would be close to five stars if not for service, this has nothing to do with the wait staff, they were attentive and courteous. The problem was staffing itself, the situation has become more of a norm, but it still gives pause to returning, most patrons have a given amount of time."

"On Saturday of Memorial weekend, waited about 2 minutes for someone to seat us. They were nice, placed our drink order. We got attitude from the server after asking for a red bud but not in an alcoholic drink. Red Bud advised on the menu as an option. Right under sodas. There was 2 wait staff and 4 tables including mine. I was excited to try the pretzels bites. They came out hot and burnt. I asked to pay so we could leave."
