"Unfortunately, the quality of donuts has diminished greatly. Also, the selection is minimal. My usual used to be a sour cream or french cruller, both of which are never available anymore. My husband likes the cream filled long john but it is rare to find these as well. When we tell you what we miss, don't try to tell us that the others are the same. They are not. But Martins and Meijer has some of these everyday. The donuts that they have don't look fresh and appetizing and they taste old too. What happened to the variety of soft, fresh, delicious donuts that Dunkin is known for? Dunkin, as a company, should stop worrying about fancy new food and get back to their roots by making a good variety of delicious donuts."
"They’re always rude when I come in. Donuts always nasty. I sipped a hair out of my latte and when I came back in there to ask for a remake, the lady who’s hair was in my drink remade it and offered no apology or anything for that matter for the inconvenience of having to drive back. Then the owners looking at me like I’m stupid. Pathetic honestly. Won’t be going back."
