"My partner and I stopped in here to shoot some pool. This place should invest in some actual usable pool sticks. There was 4 or 5, none of them usable. There was no room to even play pool. Couldn't make a shot on 3 sides of the pool table because of the walls, table, and chairs. The volume of the game was so loud you can't hear yourself even think..it was cranked *full blast* It actually hurt my ears. It was impossible to have a conversation. I'll never go back to this place."

"It was a great experience! I celebrated my birthday there with my 2 brothers. I had "Happy Birthday" sang to me and received a piece of caramel cheesecake. Our waitress went above and beyond to make it a great night. My Buffalo Chicken Wrap was AWESOME too!!"

"I have been a loyal customer of Kloosterman’s, but was so disappointed in tonight’s service. We had friends from out of town meet us for dinner. After being seated we waited for our waitress. The table next to us was seated well after us and received service. We had to ask for a waitress. Once the waitress showed up we gave her our drink and food order. Once our food was brought to the table we did not see our waitress until she brought the bill. We could see her walking around and talking to people but never came back to check on our table. Our drinks were gone before the end of meal and she never came back to checked on refills."

"An amazing restaurant. Stopped by for carry out. The staff are awesome and super helpful. Food is delicious and worth for the menu. Bar is amazing and we wish to dine in here. Restrooms are well maintained. The location is easily able to view from the road. Located at the middle of Hastings downtown. Parking maybe a little challenging during the peak season."

"Very nice, clean and maintained eatery. Festive atmosphere and plenty of flat screen TVs. My medium rare burger was grilled perfectly as my wife's chicken was perfectly prepared and delicious. Good variety of beverages and menu choices. Service was as good as it gets, waitress was friendly and attentive, prices are reasonable. I don't give 5 stars to anyone unless the beer is free. I'll be back!"
