"She does a great job grooming but does not have people skills and accepts walk ins but gets mad when walk ins don’t know what to do or where to park. Very unkind but only nice when it was time for her to get the money."
"Horrible customer service. I didn't even get to make an appointment without the lady getting rude with me. I called to make an appointment had to leave a message, I got a call back and I answered she said yeah you called...I said yes maybe who is this. She said the company name and then said do you need something. I said I would like to set up an appointment for a dog and she quick asked me what kind of dog I said Austrian Shepherd and I also told her he got sprayed by a skunk. I didn't get to finish another word. She just quick snippy said. No, we don't do that and quickly hung up. I seriously have never had such rude interaction for no reason."
"She does a great job! We've been taking our poodles here for nearly 20 years now. She specializes in grooming poodles but will groom many other breeds too. It is cash only and you must join a "club" called Walks in the Park."
"When I got here there were at least 2 dogs barking behind a fence that I couldn't see at the entrance into the building. The odor inside was overwhelming for me so I can only imagine what it was like for my dogs. The only good thing was the cost of the nail trim. Glad it's over with. I will not be returning or recommending this place."
