"Messed up my entire order, brought it back later to have it corrected, checked my "corrected order" before leaving and the employees were talking about me doing that, but I'm glad I did look because they messed up again. Then they stated the I ordered something I didn't and I was able to/ had to prove that I in fact didn't. I was extremely respectful, I wasn't in a hurry and I was just happy to have my order made as I paid for it. No one apologized for messing up, no said thanks for letting them get it right and driving back in. Ate dinner when I got home, after going back and forth twice, it was the ONLY meal I had all day bc I was busy. I spent the entire night with horrible food poisoning. It's 6pm the next day and I'm just now able to keep down water. I literally would travel from the NE side to this specific Arby's bc it was the best in town. I'm done completely with Arby's thanks to this experience."

"Significantly reduced the size AND quantity of their food, yet still had the nerve to charge me $26 bucks for this. Will NOT be returning."

"Online order.... lobby closed got told to go threw drive threw by hand gestures, drove to the drive threw to get told I had to drive back to lobby door for to sit there and wait for ten minutes. While no one was in the drive threw or anyone's else in parking lot. Ended up cancelling the order and went somewhere else. I gave 5 stars to the food because as everyone else knows Arby's food is good eats in general!"
