"Not great tonight. The waiter was very good. Very attentive. But the food was below average across the board. We normally like it here, so this was a surprise. Maybe just an off night? The loaded potato soup was not as thick as usual and the steak was not great. BBQ ribs were solid though. So I take that back, not everything was below average."

"This was our first time going back to this location after a couple of years. The service was less than impressive. We were checked on once during our meal, and we were just about finished eating at that point. Then she waited an additional 20 mts to ask us if we were finished. We told her yes, and still had to wait a bit for our bill and boxes for food. The food was really good, but they brought my husband the 6oz sizzler instead of the 8oz that he ordered. The guy who brought out our food was extremely generous and let my husband keep that steak and brought out another one with no charge."

"We meet at this location on the first Tuesday of every month (weather permitting in the winter months). Angela B has been our server 90% of the time. She is awesome! Always smiling, always joking no matter how busy or shorthanded they are, she is always attentive. The food comes out hot and correct and tasty. The lunch specials have great options. She rocks and deserves a raise!"

"We came here as a second choice to what we originally wanted. We have never been here before but have been told by others it’s good. We walked in and saw a sign saying they had no host and that someone would seat us soon. We stood waiting for awhile before one of the servers acknowledged us saying someone would be with us. We were sat down and our server greeted us quickly and started with our drink order. We looked over the menu and although it says it’s a steak house, the selection wasn’t what I’d say was steakhouse level. My husband asked if they had any bone-in ribeye (menu states to ask for availability) and the server said they actually haven’t carried that cut for months because when they did no one really ordered it so they would go bad. My mom and I both ordered the 6 oz steak with a baked potato and broccoli. My husband ordered the cheese curds, the 11 oz steak with Mac and cheese. Our server came back to inform us that they were out of the cheese curds and the Mac and cheese. She did try to offer alternatives but my husband was already frustrated from the wait with no host that he lost his appetite and chose to forgo having dinner at all. Our food did come out quickly and both steaks were cooked to order, unfortunately my steak was more fibrous than expected (like cartilage and fat) that I personally couldn’t finish it. I noticed they did not have anyone busing the tables, when we were sat the two tables behind us were both covered with dirty dishes. I saw the servers were busing their own tables. Our server was very friendly but this place looked like it was dying."

"Our hotel front desk recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint! As a matter of fact, food was excellent but service was even better!!! The waitress was awesome and she was so nice and friendly! Absolutely amazing. We ordered the Pretzel burger and my hubby said that was delicious. I ordered the cheddar bacon burger with onion rings for an upcharge and that was also delicious. I had a mango margarita and it was strong! Not some watered down alcohol but you can actually taste it. And we finished with the cookie monster and of course that was wonderful. If I am ever back to Michigan, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant!"
