"Very seldom do I go to Panera Bread and when I do, they disappoint every time. Sandwich was good, but my cheese broccoli soup was as runny as it could get. It might as well been water. The one piece of broccoli I had in the soup total was dime size. $18.00 for a sandwich and cup of soup?!? Insane. Will not be back...ever."
"2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 1 deli sandwich, 3 cups of soup, and 2 drinks came to $53!!! The food was OK but definitely not worth the price and a small cup of soda is $4. The breakfast menu was still up so we had to go through our phones to find the menu to figure out what we wanted because breakfast was over and it was 11 AM. So we had no idea about the pick 2 and the server wasn’t volunteering any info. We came here because we had a gift card but we will not be back again. I understand prices have gone up when we go out to eat but this is just ridiculous."
"I ordered a sandwich that had horse radish sauce which I had not expected. I was disappointed because I don't care for horse radish but after asking the manager about it she cheerfully made another sandwich for me with just mayo. It wasn't just the willingness to do it but her smile and cheerfulness in doing it that impressed me. You have a customer for life."
