McDonald's

"This location is terrible. No one was in line when we got there. Waited at the counter for a few minutes while every employee ignored me. I finally just decided to order at the kiosk. Sat at our table for 15 minutes before going up and asking if our food was ready. People who went through the drive thru came in and said their orders were wrong. We got our food. I ordered an unsweetened ice tea. Took a drink and it was sweet tea. Went back up to ask for the drink I ordered. Stood there for 5 minutes while other people came in and employees ignored me. I ended up interrupting a lady and told her I was given the wrong tea, can I get an unsweetened. She told another guy to get it for me. Took another few minutes to get it and I took a sip while I was up there and again, it sweet tea. At this point several people are coming up and complaining their order is wrong. I waited a few more minutes up front and asked another girl for a coke instead. By the time I got back to our table, my food was cold. Doesn't help that McDonald's is taking their drink stations out so you have to wait at the counter for a drink and hope they get it right. They didn't look understaffed, just incompetent and rude."

"2days in a row we ordered door dash, both days wrong drinks, had to return them which defeats the purpose of delivery! Both days the managers were rude, basically called me a liar. On Saturday the manager (female) actually took a drink out of one of the drinks. First, would we get in the car and return them if we wanted DELIVERY. Second, what’s on her mind?? Germs and diseases, how unsafe and disgusting! Today, same thing, this time a male manager, told us we ordered it wrong, showed him the receipt that proved they were made wrong, No apology, REFUSED to refund, he did remake them, wrong again, I think on purpose. Why on earth would we pay extra for delivery, just to have to return them and be treated so disrespectful!!!"

"I forgot to ask for no ice in my medium coke so I took it out when I got home. I couldn't believe when there was less than half left after I took the ice out! I measured 9 ounces. Supposed to be 21 ounces I just read. It's not even filled up for a small. It's literally the only thing I got and the entire reason I stopped there. I feel like I just got my money stolen."

"I waited almost 25 minutes to get a single soda! Then the cashier lost one of the coins I paid him with, so i gave him ANOTHER coin. He started to close the window, and when I gave him a strange look, he asked me Oh, you want your change?". Are you kidding me? I had to tell him that that yes I did. Then I had to wait some MORE while he summoned someone to open the drawer. He then handed my a single penny, which was not my correct change I then had to explain the coins I gave him, what they added up to, and finally what he owed me back. Upon handing me the correct coin, he stated "that's what I thought", which made no sense because I had to explain the whole equation to him. I can't fathom why ordering one single soda takes such an inordinate amount of time, both to order and then to he able to pay, and the cashier needed help.multiple times along the way. Please do not put on cashiers that still need supervision and help to execute a basic simple order. On the way home I tried 3 times to call the manager, but the line was busy each time. This McD,'s should be embarrassed and ashamed. Now I am seeing it scores only 2.5 out of 5 stars on Google reviews, so only 50% of the customers are satisfied. I wonder how the manager and staff there would feel with only receiving 50% of their pay. Not so nice, is it? This store is pretty abysmal and pathetic and the higher- ups really should intervene!"
