"I liked the idea of picking what goes on my tacos and burritos, unfortunately most of the items I picked were lacking flavor just bland to me , when I got home I added some of my own ingredients so it ended up working out, the atmosphere was good and clean , pretty much everything else was great."
"It was great like any other Qdoba but then they decided to fill my bowl up halfway. This is the 2nd time I thought it was just a fluke the first. Any other Qdoba in Michigan will fill it so the toppings are at east touching the lid but not this one. $11 for half a bowl"
"Had an online order wasn’t even done when I got there and had to wait 5 minutes. Normally I’m patient and don’t care about waiting but it was during a shift and I had to be back asap. I grabbed my order and drove all the way back to work I hadn’t eaten anything and I opened my bowl and there was NO CHICKEN and the receipt specifically said CHICKEN BOWL on it. I called them and they said they would refund me, and guess what they never did this all happened December 8th and still have yet to get my order refunded also the manager was very rude and didn’t gaf when I called. I don’t think I’ll ever be back again such a disappointing experience really wish there was a chipotle around here."
"I go on Wednesdays. $7 for a big chicken burrito bowl and a drink! You can't beat this deal! Plus, the food is excellent and the staff is really nice! HIGHLY recommended!"
"Forgot my beans, food was already freezing cold by the time I got there, granted 10 minutes late, and rice was like stone. I used to love this place but the newer staff makes it hard to want to eat there. Last 3 times I’ve went it’s been less than great, each and every time the rice is like rocks, and our food is already cold."
