"Overall our experience was well. We decided to dine in. We came in around 1, so overall we had 2 hours to eat. Off the bat, I noticed the fast service and comfortable decor. What I didn't love is the amount of gnats I saw. I work in food service, so I know the issues gnats cause firsthand. I recommend the kitchen staff place apple cider vinegar traps around. As far as food, it was great. I had the chicken salad croissant sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. Overall I enjoyed my meal- will save it for later. My sister had scrambled eggs, and she said they were runny. I recommend this place for a good cheap meal, but the gnat thing is a bit discomforting."

"Classic American Brunch with generous portion sizes. The sweet potato waffle fries were crispy and well made. We really liked their homemade jam as well (as the name of the place suggests) but were a bit disappointed in the quantity given. Nice spot to hit while travelling to the western lower peninsula or Muskegon area. The omelette was well made but could've gone without the cheese, maybe next time."

"TOAST 'N JAMS! Wow! It is def a wonderful breakfast destination while in the Muskegon area! We didn't wait long on a Sunday morning! The server greeted us quickly! Service was great! Coffee was kept full and offered no hesitation when I explained my B&G were not very good and asked for a pancake instead. Although, I am very aware of how homemade gravy is made this particular batch tasted as if the flour had not been cooked out thoroughly enough. My husband's meal was fantastic! Blueberry pancakes, sunnyside eggs, crispy bacon, buttery grits! His pancakes looked so good that's why I ordered one! Absolutely delicious! They have an absolutely gorgeous coffee bar that we did not partake in but seemed like a very fun experience! Overall, a great breakfast spot!"

"Very clean atmosphere with excellent service & amazing food... I was most impressed by the large menu selection, the generous portions of the dishes & the fantastic customer service I received at Toast & Jams. This was my first visit since the restaurant moved to Seminole Rd. I'm extremely impressed by the comfortable, clean & creative decor with tables & booths nicely spaced, not too close to the other patrons. Loved my experience at Toast & Jams, I will return soon & often."

"Service are bite slow to our liking, you need to ask for serving ware and coffee refills which was kind of annoying! Food (Breakfast in our case) was all wonderful, all very fresh ingredients, well seasoned and good flavor! We also like the decals which we thing is unique, welcoming and comfortable! We may coming to try their lunch and dessert next time!"
