"Rude and slow service. I travel across the country for work ordering the same drink every time, not to mention I worked at Starbucks myself for 3 years. Make the drink, charge me the cost of the drink and move on.The snarky comments and rude behavior from multiple staff members over the last 3 months that I've been coming here is extremely disappointing. It's clearly a culture and management issue because it's not just one or two people with attitude. I was so happy to learn that there was a Starbucks back in town, but at this rate, and with other awesome coffee shops and one directly across the street, this place is going to go out of business like the last one if things don't change. Customer service isn't hard. If you don't like it, get a different job."

"I just love their fall apple flavors. I had an apple crisp espresso and an apple pastry (I forgot what they called it, maybe an apple croissant, but it looked more like a muffin), and they were absolutely phenomenal! Also the first time I've been in the building, it was quite cozy and seemed like a good place to read or study if one were so inclined."

"We are from out of town and went inside to order. It wasn't busy (6ish in the evening) so we walked right up to order. We didn't experience any of the rudeness that other people have referenced. Quite the contrary. The gal taking the order was very friendly and the gal making the drinks was equally friendly. We ordered 4 different drinks, had special requests and everyone was very helpful and kind. Drinks were all acceptable and hot (or cold depending on order). The inside was clean. Not many baked goods, but maybe they put those away in the evening. Overall a good experience. I'd go back."
