"I called this place just to confirm my appointment for our dog. Took me forever to get someone to finally answer the phone. Woman I spoke to was extremely rude and complained about having to look it up. I’ll never do business with a company that acts this unprofessionally. If they’re going to be this rude to their customers on the phone, there’s no way I’d trust them with my dog. Definitely would not recommend this place. Got an appointment with another company that was very kind on the phone and willing to get my dog in as early as next week."
