Porto Bello

"Had a lovely dinner last night. My husband had the fish and chips and said it was delicious. I had the gluten free pizza which was good. It would be nice if you could offer some additional gluten free options though. Our one complaint was with the live entertainment. It was so loud that we were yelling at each other across the table the whole time we were there. We really enjoy the live entertainment but it is a small place and you really need to turn the volume down."

"I cannot comment on the food, because when we went in , we were left standing in the isle waiting on a seat, which another group of people came in and she took care of them and just left us standing there. whilst every one else was getting seated. I was disappointed due to the fact that I was hungry and it seems like the food is maybe good, I may never know. I love Italian food, but refused to be treated like that at any restaurant period. And I am wondering if other African Americans have ever been treated that way when they ate there?"

"We had our ceremony and reception at The Grand Harbourfront above Porto Bello. It was the exact style that my husband and I were going for. It is cozy filled with lights, beautiful brick, and the outside balcony attached to the venue was a huge bonus for our guest to be able to step outside for fresh air, play cornhole, smoke, etc. The characteristics of this building, with the touch of our own style/ décor was our exact vision. Nichol was also such a HUGE part in making our vision, and ideas come to life. She helped with all transitions throughout the day, stayed throughout the reception to continue making the night run as smooth as possible, and really just does so many things that we don't even consider behind the scenes. We got many compliments on the food from many of our guests, and our open bar was fantastic for those who chose to drink, and for those who just wanted fun mocktails. Thank you Porto Bello team for your hard work making our day so memorable and amazing! & thank you Nichol, your dedication to the place and attention to detail really made the entire day go perfectly."

"Celebrated our 27th anniversary here. It’s our second trip and won’t be our last! The food is great. The atmosphere is nice. Some nights there is live music."
