"Poor management! Place is filthy! No dark roast coffee ready. At 334pm, worker hastily makes a pot pouring the heads of the coffee into my cup, that's not how brewing coffee works I tell the worker! "Here you go sorry about the wait" a quick serenity prayer and I walk out the door for the last time! Tim Hortons is a great name that is a abysmal failure here on the south end of Cadillac. No excuse for it! None. Kant find employees work/open the best hours for business. Don't stay open and take repeat customers for granted by sub par coffee and service."
