"First of who ever runs this place needs to be replaced. No customer service rude disrespectful. And all the above. Ordered food called to confirm to please put bbq and all sauces in bag waited for delivery got half my order no sauces biscuits I can brake a window with I mean come on. So they go all the way back to get rest of order and u wouldn’t believe it but they really did it food that was forgotten got picked up delivered cold as Michigan on a bad day no sauce order just never was completed period never will I ever go there again that’s just wrong."
"On January 5, 2024 I purchased an eight piece meal, original. I paid $29.67 received two sides. The pieces of chicken were about the size of a Cornish hen. I am not making that up. I couldn’t believe how small the pieces were. I called the store. They said that there was nothing they could do about it. That’s the way they came in and acted like they really didn’t give two craps about it. I’m not happy! That is ridiculous! A corporation as large as KFC and you get little tiny pieces of chicken when that is supposed to be their business it’s very disappointing!"

"I'm VERY disappointed and disgusted by the 3 piece meal I got through the drive through. I made it all the way home before I decided to eat and opened the box to this. I don't care if your short staffed, this is not acceptable.... you could have simply said you didn't have any good chicken and I'd have to wait for some to be made. There is no meat on these legs, and the breading is so crispy I could have broke a tooth.... it literally looks like someone breaded bones and called it a day. Disgusting."
