"This Tim Hortons establishment fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I observed a bustling interior with only one seemingly inexperienced employee handling orders. Unfortunately, there was a lack of assistance despite the long queue extending out the door. Furthermore, I noted that the drive-thru employees were engaged in conversation rather than lending a hand. This lack of teamwork raises concerns about the management of the establishment. Despite ordering a medium cold brew and a 10-pack of timbits, it took an unacceptable 17 minutes to receive my order, only to find that my cold brew was incorrectly prepared and in a smaller size. Disappointed by the overall experience, I promptly requested a refund and left the premises. Notably, it's worth mentioning that the establishment only accepts cash transactions indoors, which further added to the inconvenience."

"I love Tim Hortons as a rule. Anytime I can stop at one , I do. This is my second time stopping at this Gaylord location and having a terrible experience. First off all we were trying to order food and 3 different people are talking to us through the headsets. We pull up to the window and ask for them to verify our order and the worker Renee comes around the corner from around the person we’re talking to snapping at us being so rude “we heard what you got “ and tosses us the bag. I literally do customer service work everyday…if you cannot behave like an adult QUIT YOUR JOB. This is the first review I’ve ever done and that just goes to show how much this was needed ! Do better . Jeesh."

"The ice cream is awesome! If you haven't been to Coldstone, YOU need to go! So many flavors and mix ins to get fat from. The service was not so great... they were very nice, but we were in there for about 35 minutes and only 2 individuals were in front of us. The one poor girl was struggling to scoop the sweet cream ice cream. Tough times there. Hope to see at least one more person on shift as they were struggling to keep up with the drive thru coffee orders. The ice cream is still worth the wait though."
