"Took a road trip from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario to Gaylord. After a little shopping we chose El Patron for dinner before we left and the food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was like being in Mexico and the service was fantastic. Our young server was very informative. Highly recommend this Gem! Robert, Lucas and Franca."
"Was our first time ever eating here, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was amazing, very authentic, and beautiful. The service was probably the fastest I've ever been served at any restaurant before, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was AMAZING! We were in the mood for authentic Mexican food, and it was exactly what we were looking for! Would recommend 100 times over. We will definitely make this a regular stop for lunch/dinner."

"We are just spending a night in Gaylord and looked up restaurants in the area and this one popped up and did not disappoint. It was full, but that's expected on a Saturday for dinner time but plenty of staff there to handle the crowd. Great service. Super friendly! Food is even greater!! Great atmosphere. Highly recommend this jewel!!"
