"Tried to buy a lock rekey kit. They don't carry anymore because customers would bring back and get help because they couldn't figure them out. Don't punish the other customers who need and know how to use the rekey kits. Tell the idiots there is a fee, no returns, etc. Don't punish customers for what other customers did or do. Figure out a way to serve the entire community."
"Very friendly and helpful staff. I was asked twice if I needed help and the second time I took him up on the offer. I try to find what I need on my own and still learning at 55 years old it's ok to ask for help...lol. This hardware store has about anything needed for any household project. The store is super clean and well organized. Anytime I'm in town and need hardware items I go here. Items may cost a bit more, however, I'd rather support local hardware's as apposed to big box stores where the staff aren't as knowledgeable."
