"I have served 26 plus years and stationed all over the world. The McDonald's in Boyne City Michigan is by far the worst unit I have ever visited. Just today, 23 January 2024, they did not open until 10 am. The area received 3 inches of snow overnight. I arrived at 10:10 am and was informed that they were not serving breakfast. Was told this was the owners decision. There was no general manager available. And of course no owner either. It's not my first, or second bad experience at the unit. Better local options than this place"
"Just had one of the best mcdonalds experience in my life. Walked in to a beautiful location with Halloween decor, picked up my mobile order within minutes. The food was hot, fries were fresh and I ate it all in the span of 5 minutes."
"Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder meal. First in line had to pull up cause they were waiting on my food. When I got it it was all cold. Deluxe was nicely made tho. Seems that I'm getting cold food more often than not here."
"I am not a big fan of McDonalds to begin with. However, they do provide a quick breakfast that is adequate. I just had the occasional visit and will never go back! The breakfast was anything but quick. Further, it arrived cold! Finally, I was informed that pepper was no longer offered as a condiment! Avoid this place!"
"People were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. And I could inside which is still not a given these days. Would have liked the pop machines to be accessible, but they will get you a refill if you want."
