The girl rolled her eyes at me with an attitude and said she couldn’t because she had shut down the speed oven when they weren’t even closed, having customers still inside sitting down. It was very rude and it shouldn’t happen again."

"I walked in and the girl was making an online order, in the 7 minutes I was in there, not once did she look up or acknowledge me at any point. I waited as she completed the order. She asked me what dldid you want. I ordered my sandwich and cheese, she never asked if I wanted it toasted. When I requested it lightly toasted she put it in for the full time. She had her hair up but there were pieces falling out that she brushed out of her face repeatedly with her gloved hands. No hat, visor, or name tag. When we got to the veggies there was onion in almost every container, food all over the cutting board and it was just generally sloppy. I'm allergic to onion so I could only get lettuce and cucumbers on my sandwich. She put almost 5 lines of both dressings I requested on the sandwich and made it very messy. She did offer me chips drinks or cookies. In general I was very disappointed with the service and the sandwich. I was very patient, but if she would have acknowledged me and explained that I she had to complete the online order and would be right with me, I would have been a lot more happy to wait. She could have cleaned up and then waited on me honestly."
