"Have eaten Big Boy hamburgers with onion rings twice in the last 2 weeks, the food was sooo fresh, especially the salad bar. Clam chowder was back on Friday, excellent!! Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. It's like a whole new restaurant now, highly recommend it!!"
"I went into big boy and ordered two bowls of chili to go and did not get what I thought I ordered when I got home. Two days earlier I had gotten some chili from big boy and it was super good and chunky, the chili I had when I got home this time was thin almost like a chili for a chili dog. I called them up and they replaced it with the chili that I really wanted which is excellent. I don’t know who Judy is but you can make a very good bowl of chili."
"Terrible customer service for the third time. I ordered online. They sent a text saying pick it up but when I got there they had it as Door Dash. Then no one knew how to handle the situation. The one waitress was really trying. The two younger women the waiterss who cared asked for help didn't care one bit. Their attitudes and demeanors were beyond disrespectful. And, they were yelling to each other so the whole restaurant was quietly watching. Talk about embarrassing. As for the food...burnt! There are much better places to eat in Cheboygan."
"Went about a week ago while passing through. Not the first time we had come to this location, but same experience and food quality every time. Not the greatest experience for food you’ll have, but it does in a pinch or to curb a craving. Forgot to take pictures of my food this time because my order did come out without the toast that I asked for, and our waitress never came back around to ask how everything was. In fact, we never saw that waitress after she dropped our food off because what appeared to be her family came in and sat behind us - all of her attention was on them the rest of our time there. She didn’t even come back in to check on us after I flagged down another unenthused waitress to get my missing food and to place an order for some ice cream. The service is never stellar, but this was pretty bad."
