"Brown hair in my food. I am a male with short black hair and there was a woman’s hair in my food. Upon complaint, we didn’t expect a discount or any sort of special treatment, it was simply just something we wanted to point out. The lady upfront says “it must have come off the people at the tables”. Extremely unprofessional and I had no intent of leaving a bad review at all. However after that comment I will not be returning here."

"Such a nice surprise! Even though there wasn’t an official vegan option on the menu, they happily made hash browns and piled veggies and mushrooms (generously) on top. Also added jalapeño and served with sourdough toast. Unbuttered. Jam and apple butter both vegan. Server was so nice. I believe her name was Erica."

"I had a terrible experience here. I'll never return. After I worked a 14 hour over night shift I wanted to get some breakfast before bed. Ordered my food and waited and waited, the people that came in after me got there food, and I waited, and then I fell asleep, right there on the table, they woke me up, I said I was sorry I was just really tired, and then I waited and waited, still no food! but they called the police on me. The officer asked me a million questions and wanted me to go to the ambulance, which I refused, still waiting for my French tst and bacon. About 10 minutes after the police left, and the people that came in after me, I wasnt really hungry any longer, so I paid for my cup of coffee, that was never refilled, and I left, fairly mortified. I will never step foot in this establishment again."

"For the flatlander tourists: If you want fast food, Burger King is down the road. Great breakfasts take a bit of time to prepare and the food here is worth the wait. And don’t be a savage, tip WELL and above 50% minimum! Anything less is embarrassing proof that your parents failed in your upbringing. Deal with that and correct it. The staff is always amazing, and work incredibly hard to give you the best that they can despite the overwhelming crowds. Did I mention the food being great? I love this place and try to stop in at least once a week. Yeah, I’m THAT guy."
