"This place has declined considerably the last few years. We ordered about 20 minutes before they closed and were asked to pull ahead. While the cashier was very polite during our exchange the cook or someone in the back was having a huge coughing fit and it sounded horrible. He pulled us ahead and there was not a single person in the lobby. We waited the 10 minutes for our order only to find we got the wrong wrap and the other was soaked in mayonnaise to the point where it was inedible. I knew better than trying to go here but did it anyway and instant regret."

"I travel for work and I have been to many KFCs... This one was one of the worst. Burnt pieces in Mac and cheese..... Chicken was miss handled and was missing most of the breading.... Potatoes had been made poorly... Seems thin in consistency. Not normal. Barley white. Warm drink with 3 pieces of ice..... Photos included and screenshot of phone for the meal missing. They forgot one of our meals to top all that off..... Similar results with that meal too."
