"None of the employees were wearing uniforms one lady was even wearing a white see through tank top with sweatpants oh and don't forget a black and white bra cause the shirt was see through. The professionalism of this company has really went down hill. Waited 20 minutes for my food. While watching my food sit in the warmer for 10 minutes. It wouldn't be so bad but to spend 30 dollars for 2 people to eat and then get cold food is crazy"

"I love A&W. Not so much this time. The cashier had no idea what was going on. She definitely needs more training. My order was incomplete and 2 other customers had to ask for their completed orders as well. Visited on Sunday November 26th 2023."
"The service was very slow in drive thru. I wouldn't mind if order was correct! My husband had bacon double cheese and it had 0 bacon on it! I had 10 mini corn dogs asked for honey mustard received 0. They ask if any sauce for cheese curds I asked for spicy papa sauce received 0. We also got charged for it. I wish Iron Mountain A&W stayed open during winter!"
"Loved the food . It's been awhile since I've had good A&W but pretty pricy. And got the jug which back in the day was a full gallon and now it's a half a gallon pretty much. But over all the food was great and worth the smile on the kids faces."
