"I was so happy we stopped here for lunch today while traveling. I had the 3 meat 2 side platter. The brisket, ham and pulled pork was tender with a very good smoked flavor. I really didn’t need a sauce with them because the flavor was so good but I did try the Memphis sauce and loved it. The corn bread and beans were very good. The price was very good and very quick and friendly service. If I ever get to Menominee again I will for sure stop in to eat. Good job!!!"
"Had the surf and turf special with mac&cheese and cornbread for sides. The meal was VERY good. The place also has a great atmosphere and staff are incredibly kind and helpful."
"Outstanding BBQ, quality renovation of the old “Dairy Treat” ice cream shop (for those like me who can still remember the 1970s).. brisket done right, BBQ chicken.. pulled, or half the bird (bone-in). Smoked beef brisket, chicken, sausage, pit beans, cornbread and sauces.. and lots more.. served on brown butcher paper because these guys know what they’re about! Small inside dining area which fills up quickly.. you may want to call ahead and order out unless you can magically predict a not-so-crowded time of day. As with all worthwhile BBQ.. when they’re sold out, they’re done.. because it takes time to make it great.. so order early! Mmm.. I’m still smelling that great smoky flavor on my fingers as I’m back home writing this review.."
