"Needs to focus on customer service and understand that people stop there to purchase things quickly. I don't know how many times I've waited over 10 minutes with less than three people in a line. You must prioritize shoppers over lottery purchasers or else you will lose your convenient customers for someone who is buying lottery making you next to no money. Literally happens all the time seems to have staffing issues in regards to enough people on staff. The staff that is there is exceptional and truly works extremely hard."
