"Disappointed. The selection of frames is pretty small. I went to get a new pair of glasses. I arrived and there was only one staff member at the counter helping someone, there were 2 or 3 other people already waiting as well. Another employee showed up a bit later. There is no way to sign in or take a number so people are helped in the order they arrive. I stood around for half an hour while everybody who arrived after me got help before me. I finally gave up and left. I guess if you have several hours to stand around hoping they pick you then go for it."
"Three stars for customer service as the people are very helpful in the Optical Department at Costco and the Optometrist was very professional and did a thorough job on my vision exam. However, the glasses at Costco in my view are very cheap. I have a constant "crazing" issue with lenses from them to where I will never buy another pair again. They "craised/crazed" within 3 months of purchase. Costco replaced my lenses after a week and now they are starting to craise/craze again only 1-2 weeks later. I've been wearing glasses for nearly 40 years and have never had this happen before so figure they just must use very cheap material for their lenses."
"I love Dr Cooper for my eye Doctor and I have been very happy with the optical dispensing at Costco. Normally if you have any issues what so ever they will always correct! You just have to ask - even for the slightest or largest adjustment!"
