"My experience today was great. Caleb was kind and compassionate and has a nice sense of humor too! This pharmacy has many caring staff people and a few cranky ones but today's experience with Caleb was wonderful."

"The sheer ineptitude of this location is astounding. I received a text that my medication was ready to be picked up, and the following day I went in to pay for it. I got there at 3:15, was told it wasn’t ready. No biggie, that’s normal for this location. They say it’ll be 15 minutes. I shop around Target, come back 15 later (3:30), still not ready. Alright, a little annoying but that’s ok. I stand off to the side while they allegedly continue to prepare it. 15 more minutes. The worker was kind, telling me it still wasn’t ready and trying to figure out what was happening, but not getting a great answer. It’ll be done soon. 15 more minutes. I’ve been here for 45 minutes waiting for someone to get my medicine. The man comes out and says that it’s the pharmacist who was to prepare it because of what it is, and because someone showed up needing a vaccine, it was going to be 15-20 more minutes. I said “I have to leave, I can’t wait that long” since I had an appointment at 4:15, and left. You’re trying to tell me it takes over an hour to prepare pills that I was told over text were already ready for me? Either the management, the staffing, or the pharmacist here are completely incompetent. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"Always fast, scripts are ready when they say! You can call and they will answer and they are friendly! My last script was accidentally sent to the wrong CVs It was sent to the one on Douglas and Monroe Street and trust me. There is a huge difference between the two of them! Target may not have a drive-through for the CVS but their customer service and their promptness make it worth walking in the store"

"The pharmacy never answers their phones. I waited for the pharmacy on hold for at least 40 minutes while my husband stood in line for over an hour. When he finally got to the front of the line to talk to the pharmacist, he said “pick up the phone, my wife is waiting to talk to someone”. I talked to the pharmacist, finally, all for him to tell me he never received any prescriptions for me via escribe. I literally watched my doctor send the prescriptions at 3:45pm that same afternoon. Somehow, “they didn’t receive them”??? I’m over it & finished with CVS, I’m going elsewhere. From the looks of these comments, I’m not alone. A lot of people have issues with CVS pharmacies."

"I am done with CVS. Your website sucks! ! ! ! The autorefil doesn't always work. You do not notify me of when things are ready to be picked up. I have been lied to before. Told I could pick up an Rx in 1 hour, show up two hours later then to be told that they cannot fill it. Their hours also suck. Why do they close for lunch, is that not the best time for a customer to come pick up an Rx. I am moving to mail order."
