"Legal aid said that they weren't able to assist with the issues that I had with my landlord. They said to look into getting a private attorney. If this was an option for me, I wouldn't have called Legal Aid!"

"They don't really help with people who have low income for real, when you call them they need answers they barely return phone calls hopefully not all paid lawyers are like that ,it was time when my lawyer didn't show up at all mabe one or twice but had to wait in the hall after he met with the other lawyer and the client why not I be in on the meeting or phone conference what the point of helping someone when they don't do their job and communicate I'm sure I'm not the only one experienced not good situations"

"Disgusting and as far as I'm concerned racist/biased people. Two weeks it took me to get past the receptionist who apparently flunked law school. Thwn its pretty obvious if they can't win your case then you "don't meet the requirements" you all should be ashamed of yourselves."
