For special events, private dining options are available for parties larger than 12 people. Eddie Merlot's also participates in Restaurant Week, offering a prix fixe menu with signature dishes like Lemon-Dijon Chicken, Filet Mignon, and Carrot Cake for $46.

"My parents took my husband and I here for our 18th anniversary and happy hour was definitely happy. The drinks were good and bartenders attentive! When seated for dinner, atmosphere transition was just as nice as bar area. Waiter was informative, attentive and accommodating! Dessert was on house and we probably were here a total of 4 hours! Just go for yourself and sign up for membership, great perks!"

"The food was delightful. Everybody in our group really enjoyed everything from the drinks to the main course to the dessert. However, the rest of the experience was not so positive. Despite having a reservation, it took 45 minutes for our group to be seated. Once we were seated, it took over 30 minutes to receive our drink order and our water glass were constantly empty throughout the night. The food came out at a reasonable time. Unfortunately, when we ordered dessert there was again a significant delay and a few of us received the wrong dishes, and the coffee that was ordered was full of grounds. The whole experience took well over 3.5 hours with a significant portion of the night just waiting. Our server was very nice and pleasant but the time it took to to dine here was painfully excessive."
"We had a date night here and celebrated my daughter's boyfriend's birthday. Our waiter Kirk was great!! He helped to make the experience fun!! Our food was cooked to perfection!! My husband was excited to try the Bison Ribeye and he loved every bite. We will return!!"
