"I had a script there for the first time. Tried calling numerous times. By the time I was able to call back and follow up, The first representative gave me wrong information and the second representative told me I must have heard the information incorrectly. She told me I don't need to yell at her. If she thought that was yelling, I can't imagine what her day to day is like!!!!!! Could definitely work on professionalism and dealing with customers, even and especially upset customers. I will never use this pharmacy again nor will I ever recommend it to anybody!"
