"Prices are WAY WAY WAY WAY too high, many checkout aspects are closed and wasted during busy times Self check out is appalling. I have to have someone walk over and scan a stupid card just for it to let me continue scanning. Kroger is so inept and has not earned its position at all to the point that their machines are completely broken and we are forced to just deal with it. Why do they even turn off self checkout??? Why do they need to walk over to me and scan their card multiple times???? Target has had this figured out for 15 years"
"This is probably one of the most disorganized Kroger I've seen. The front checkout is always packed with no help, even at self checkout there's no one working. They lock the outside doors on the one side at like 5 PM even though the door says 9 PM it'll close and the baggers leave carts in the middle of the parking lot. I've seen store managers walking around passing things that would clearly be a problem so they're either ignoring things or clueless. It seems this store has issues at all levels. I'll drive to the Oakley one or Montgomery and get better help and service."
"I love the staff at this store, everyone is friendly and professional. My shopping experience here is always positive. However: The bathroom desperately needs attention every time I'm here. There's usually soap and paper products but that's not the problem. The bathroom is just constantly dirty. The floor is the worst. I understand it's probably hard for Kroger to keep up with it when people refuse to flush the toilet or insist on standing up to pee, getting urine all over the floor (PLEASE stop doing that, at some point the place starts out clean and then someone gets the bright idea to pee everywhere), but it's so bad. It really needs more attention."
"Great Customer Service ...Purchased 3 Sandwich Trays from the Deli on Sunday September 3rd.. Thank to our Deli Rep who assisted us and prepared our trays Great Job ..Valued priced Great Fresh Ingredients. We also purchased Roses for A Celebration of Life. Great floral selections and pricing ."
"Not my favorite Kroger. Has all the Marketplace amenities but the layout just seems a bit goofy to me. What was really annoying was restocking on an early Sunday afternoon. I felt like I was in their way. Also, they have displays jutting out into aisle ways. I even knocked one down. Very hazardous."
