"I’ve been going to this pharmacy for close to 10 years and I’ve yet to have a truly bad experience. The pharmacist and techs are willing to work with doctors and insurance to get my prescriptions sorted out which is a huge plus for me."

"C (calling her C but if you know, you know) cannot be on drive-thru duty. I’m seriously going to change pharmacies for this reason. It’s not an age thing, it’s a general competence thing. It’s been years at this point."

"One of the pharmacy techs literally takes 4X the amount of time to help a customer that is necessary. Every time we get in the drive through line to pick up a prescription, I pray this particular person is not working. Even my kids have started asking when it is taking a ridiculous amount of time “Is it the old lady working?” Someone needs to address this issue ASAP. It’s been ongoing for over a year now."

"Usually do an okay job on filling presciptions until it comes to requesting a generic brand that you are use to using. They make notes on my account to not give me a certain brand then the end up giving me the generic brand that never works like it's supposed to that they made notes to not give me. Call in and they feed you a line that they can't pick what generics they order in. Yeah that's a line of bs. Going to switch to a different pharmacy that has better customer service."

"The prices are always significantly higher than Meijer and Kroger. I could handle this if the customer service were at least great. I routinely ask employees where something is and their response is usually "I don't know, they reorganized the store and it isn't my department." Then they walk away. The only reason I go here is the convenience of having the dry cleaning, banking, and pharmacy all inside the same store. It also routinely takes more than 8-9 minutes (I've actually timed it multiple times) to get someone to help you at the self checkout if it is outside the hours of 8-6"
