"Terrible customer service. I am trying to reach them about an order that I was charged for but didn't receive. I gave up on the phone line after being on hold with no estimate of how long it could be, the chatbot always says no agents are available, and the online form to contact them doesn't seem to work."
"No one ever answers the phone or emails. Because of this I was charged for an autoship, that I never signed up for, for a dog that passed away. We knew he was only going to survive about a month after the first order so we never would have signed up for another one 2 months later. Couldn't cancel because no one responds!!!"
"I placed an order in November for two bags of prescription cat food. They shipped the bags in two separate packages/shipments with two different tracking numbers through UPS. I received one package/shipment on 11/30/23 and have not received the other one yet. Covetrus website states that my order was completed. They charged my account for the full amount, but I have not received my second package/shipment. UPS tracking states that there is a delay and no information available. I tried to contact Covetrus support via telephone, live chat bot and their contact us form on the website. None of them worked. The telephone hangs up on you, the bot states there are no representatives available and ends the chat and the contact us form does not actually send (I tried two different web browsers). This place is starting to seem like a scam to me and pretty annoyed at my vet clinic for using them as their store servicer."
"Covetrus should cease using USPS as a shipper. Package was lost in transit. Said it was at my local P.O. but I called and it was not there. They had to track it down and I received package two days late. This is not an option for medication."
"Forced to use this place by my vet. Ordered antibiotics over a week ago, last Wednesday . Inquired on Monday night where they were at because I hadn’t received any information , then they shipped it out Tuesday morning and finally sent a shipping confirmation. Now it’s Thursday night and it’s now in Columbus Ohio somewhere. Considering it’s their mistake they should of sent it next day, but it appears they still choose the cheapest slowest option. Ridiculous. Who knows if I’ll ever get it, 3-5 days at checkout for important medication has now become 9 days. I also wonder if they would of even shipped it if I hadn’t questioned them."
