"Friendly employees. I’ve found that anything that is on sale is a really good price. Recently I didn’t need anything but a $5 rotisserie chicken so I just walked the aisles looking for sales. I’ve heard Costco is a good place to buy tires but that you should expect your appointment to be set out a month."
"Purchase experience is good but the return experience was bad.. it’s 40 degrees outside today and the return queue was longer so I had to stay out for like good 10 mins.. they should manage the return queue so we don’t have to stay in outside like this.. there were all age crowd btw."
"I wanted to buy fish from Costco, the first time I bought it, it had mold and a very bad smell and I returned it back to them. The second time I bought it, I opened it from its packaging and it had a very bad smell and I threw it away. Today I went back and I saw more fish with mold. This is not acceptable. I have attached a picture to show the fish full of mold."
"I’m not typically a big box store kind of guy. But I do love Costco. The only thing that keeps me from giving this store a 5 star is the congestion they create at the entrance, where they place the sample servers and then the checkout lines. During peak hours the the flow of the store is maddening."
