"I went to pick up my Rx's on 9/23/2023. The pharmacist, which I had never seen her before, was extremely rude!! I was told that I would have to wait for awhile for her to fill 2 of my prescriptions because she couldn't put my medications in front of anyone else. Mind you, there was no one, besides myself waiting at the time. While I was waiting, the pharmacist helped another customer that had just walked in to get a Flu shot, which she did not have a scheduled appointment to get it. This was after I had already been waiting for 45 minutes!! This pharmacist should not be working with the public due to being that rude. And she was dressed completely unprofessionally, which matched her nasty personality. She was a horrible representation for Rite Aid. This issue needs to be addressed!!"
