"We purchased a used TT based only a facetime video with the sales people because we were about 350 mi away. When we arrived the evening before our appointment to pick it up we discovered a couple items that needed fixing that we were not made aware of. I don't think the sales people were aware of the issues either. When we arrived at our 9AM appointment the next day all was taken care of. All in all a very pleasant experience. Everybody was great and did their best to make it a good experience."
