"Has had father in-laws truck for months now. Lies and claims they will pull it in next day. Has received all the money and the truck hasn't moved from spot it was parked. Had it since July 17th"

"Stanley Smith I am having the same issue. I went to Gerber and were told they were behind so I needed to go elsewhere. Even before I had my car towed to Glenns I called and asked if they were able to look at it as I am in a rental and have limited time. They said yes. The car was towed to them on a Thursday and Geico sent them my estimate at 10:10 am. I called the following Monday and he stated he did not have my car. Then did say it was in the back "out of site out of mind". No communication whatsoever. I called the next day and it still had not been looked at. Was told it would be looked at the following day and I would receive a call. I never did so at 2pm I called. I asked about my car, he said oh door and panel damage? No. I confirmed my damage then said parts were on order. Thats interesting since you did not even know what my car was just a few seconds ago. In hindsight, I would never go back. I had someone else tell me they could do it asap and I should have went there. I understand that it takes time to get parts ordered but let me know that. Oh, and dont just not even look for my car 4 days later when my insurance adjuster had already spoke to you. Edit: An hour after this was posted my insurance adjuster called to say they received a call from glenns that they could not work on my car and it needed to be removed. Best thing that could possibly happen since nothing was being done in the first place. Now it is already being looked at it and the mechanic texted me after he called my insurance and obtained all the info. Crazy what happens when someone actually does their job and communicates."

"We’ve been looking for a local repair shop the past couple years and you’re always cautious when going somewhere new because you never know who you can trust. After being referred by a family friend we decided to give Glenn’s a try and I am so glad we did. I could not have asked for a better repair shop, the customer service is outstanding, the repair work is top quality and the best part is I didn’t feel like a customer or a number, they truly made us feel like a friend which is such a big thing these days. They will definitely be our go to repair shop from now on."

"Mark at Glenn's is awesome! I was traveling to Cincinnati for a meeting when I ran over a truck tire (and couldn't change lanes) causing my inner fender liner to become loose (expansion clips ripped away). I pulled over at the Wilmington exit and looked for an auto parts store nearby - the store didn't have the parts I needed to get back on the road but they suggested to see if Mark at Glenn's did - Mark went out of his way to help me get back on the road. Although I know these parts aren't expensive (about $.30 each) he not only let me have what I needed but he took care of it for me. I tried to pay him but he just said: "pay it forward..." I absolutely will. Thank you again! I have no doubt that Glenn's is an honest and quality shop"
