"First of all I love this place. My first visit to this actual location and the young short lady, apparently the only employee was very knowledgeable and helpful while multi tasking multiple customers and tasks. I was impressed...I wish they had more rare and exotic game stuff...just mainstream stuff here."
"I had purchased a SteamCard for my son for 200.00, which did not work. I knew they would not help me at store level I phone the 800 number on the back of the card, I waited online for 30 minutes and no answer. Not a good way to do business. I spend 200-600 per week at this store. I guess I need to find a new source for his game cards."
"Not a fan of this location. Stopped in to pick up a PlayStation controller which are understandably secured to the wall. Employee continued talking to someone about a new toy line the entire time I was in the shop (I browsed the aisles to give them time to conclude their conversation) I had already looked over everything and went to the front to wait for service but after a few more minutes of not even being greeted I walked out. I don't mind friendly employees chit chatting with customers but at no point was I asked if I needed help or given some much as a welcome. Definitely won't be back when there's cheaper and closer options."

"Stay away from this place. Bought a copy of the witcher 3 wild hunt complete edition and after beating the game tried findng the dlc content the disc comes with and come to find the disc i was sold isn't the complete edition version."
