"They charged me for game insurance even after I told them NO, I did not want it! I didn't see that they charged me anyway until after I had left. I had to go back to the store and have them return my money. The guy said it was an accident, BUT I've had this happen before. Also, it is a WELL KNOWN FACT that GameStop employees will add game insurance to their customers bill without asking! There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of Reddit forums on this subject from other people who they've done this to. Be careful that GameStop doesn't add something to your total that you didn't ask for or don't want! They are unscrupulous about that!!!"
"Here now. Just trying to buy a controller. One dude working. Kept trying to get me to buy something I didn't ask for. Declined multiple times. Told him I just want a controller. He said they are on the wall. I looked. They were locked. I told him they are locked. He continues to whistle and go bout doing random tasks. He even made his way right in front of the controllers where I'm waiting and ignored my request. Waited for 10 minutes and just walked out. Terrible service. Place was closed from 2:40-3:40 today as well. Guess this is how they do business. Corporations for ya."
