"I was very leery about coming here due to the fact the employees always seem to forget some items, but the sales were better. The employees make you feel rushed when all they do is follow you around and not even try to ask questions. Everyone seemed cold and as if you were a rash they couldn't get rid of. I got what I needed the kid told me how much and where to go and he walked out and didn't see him until I was leaving. Poor customer service with that one. But what I really want to say is everyone that goes to Lume, please make sure you check your bag before you walk away. They tried not to give me 2 of my products. And then acted as if they just didn't hear me ask for 3. The really funny thing is...the price stayed the same. She acted as if she had to add them but the price and quantity on receipt match to the amount I originally was told so who are theives here? This was the icing on the cake, Thank you but no thanks anymore. I spent over 300 today and you just won't see my money any longer. Get new employees, ones with integrity. This is actual medicine for me and they treated me like I did not matter."
