"customer support is awful. theyre rude and blame you when theyre the 1s who messed up the website. they only gave a refund because we complained and it took almost a week for that refund while they were saying we didnt pay. it screwed our bills up and they had the audacity to take an extra 3.50 for each charge. they said the email receipt wasnt proof of paying too. an awful company to have to deal with"
"They refuse to work with you regardless of whatever situation you have going on. Rude for whatever reason. Not pleasant at all. Do not recommend to others. Just go to a normal REAL dealership and work out a better deal with more helpful people."
"The place is dirty and smells like someone is smoking something illegal in the office every time I go. The supervisor of the place seems to be racist and looks down on ppl of color. I definitely do not recommend buying from this company try any other place around your area. Mostly lemons on their lot that comes with a ton of problems they’re trying to pawn off on the public."
