"Bought chocolate covered strawberries for my husband. When he opened them strawberries were not even red. They were green so I took them back when I came in. I was intentionally going to get another cousin but when I got there the girl looked at me and she says well. What color are they supposed to be? Really snotty and I said a red of all. I'll find some more I said. Forget it. I want my money back. These are disgusting so I got my money back and I went to Malleys. I got a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for $17 less, and free gift wrapping. Whenever return to edibles again ‼️ so beware if anybody goes there and gets the strawberries. Check them out before you leave‼️"

"Sent to my Aunt and Uncle she just sent photo, I’m so embarrassed! The arrangement looks as though my 8 year old granddaughter made it! For $59.00 possibly 6 cookies, 2 choc covered orange slices, 2 choc covered strawberries, and a small handful of green grapes tossed in the corner. So much for pride in your work!!"

"I’m very pleased with this shop. I am a former Edible Arrangements employee who likes to send off arrangements to my boyfriend at work randomly as a surprise. He works in Aurora. Last time I used the Twinsburg location. I had preordered it about a week ahead of time. I had tried to contact them through the day to confirm because I hadn’t received any electronic communications. It was impossible to reach their store, they just don’t answer. His arrangement did arrive (thankfully it was a late night for him because it didn’t arrive until like 6 or 7pm) and he said it was good but that put a bad taste in my mouth. So this time I decided to try out this Stow location. This time it was a same day order and again a late night day for him so I was hopeful it would just make it there before he left. At 10:40am I had a confirmation email and 2 short hours later they sent me another notice that it had been assembled AND delivered. As I stated above I’m a former employee. These arrangements do not just fall together. It takes careful attention to detail and a bit of time. He actually just ended up enjoying the box and brought the bouquet home for all of us to share. I can be known to be very critical, especially when it’s a job I know how to perform. Whoever is working at this location is a great fit. The fruit is all perfectly ripe, the arrangement is perfectly assorted and full looking and the best part is whoever is dipping... okay dipping fruit is a skill believe it or not... the swizzle on these strawberries makes me want to cry tears of joy... that’s a little extra, I know, but honestly I’d love to shadow this person. It looks like the swizzle is spun onto the strawberry. Bravo Stow!! You’ve won a loyal customer. I appreciate the quality of this gift so much more than I can put into words! I can’t wait to do future business with you. Please forgive me, we started picking fruit from the arrangement before I thought to snap a picture."
