"If I could give 0 stars I would. My best friend and I both have our weddings a week apart. His wedding is 3 times the size of mine but the quote he got from this place was half of the quote they gave me, with much less stuff. This place is a rip off. Do not recommend doing business with them."
"This lady tried to ruin my 60th birthday. I brought her a picture of the cake I wanted in December for June and asked if she could do it. She stated that she could. I went back in February and paid for my cake in full. Come pick up day and she told me what time to come in. I waited an hour after I arrived there.. tears began to roll down my face as her young worker told me that the owner said that's the best she could do. I wish I could submit a picture with this review. She truly does not deserve one star."
"Kitty and her team did nothing but ruin our entire wedding. She is very unorganized and got absolutely nothing correct. She notified us that we must pay her everything in full, before the wedding, so we did, expecting a job well done and she did not deliver whatsoever.If you want your event to be as you ask, stay far far away from her!! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. 0/10 would never recommend."

"This place did a good job on the decoration 1out of 4 cakes orders. Though the flavor was good every time, visible mistakes were found on 3 out of four cakes and the fourth cake, a wedding cake, was a disaster. We were going for a rustic cake and the cake was so poorly decorated that a guest thought it was made by a child. There was no apology and no refund. Very disappointing customer service. This place is not good at non-traditional requests and not good with details on the cake. Note the S on shower cake is doubled due to mistake and a divet next to it. This two layer cake IS their version of a wedding cake, showing foil at the bottom and the provide wood unevenly cut, making the uneven cake look worse. Full sheet cake is scored on top as if needing direction to cut, when we wanted it to look like a tree, not squares, too. No apology, no refund, and the cutting cake was not even on top. So sorry we used them, though the first wedding cake we bought, more traditional, was fine. Don't risk it."
